C2 J&B MET VIP COMPETITION - Terms & Conditions

Only Entries via the CSquared FaceBook page will be considered.

1. This competition is run by House of Monatic and is open to all members of the public who are residents in South Africa except the employees and their immediate families of House of Monatic, House of Monatic’s advertising and promotion agencies, and House of Monatic associated companies, and outlet owners and their immediate families and staff.

2. The rules may be amended by reasonable notification at any time during the competition, and will be applied and interpreted at the sole discretion of House of Monatic. Participation by the entrants constitutes acceptance of these rules and the decision of the Organizer regarding any dispute hereto shall be final and binding.

3. The competition begins on 16th January 2013 and ends on 28th January 2013.

4. Winners will be drawn randomly. The winners will be announced on Monday 18th January 2013 date and posted on the Csquared Website and on our social media pages. The winners will be notified telephonically.

5. Winners must be 18 years or older at the time of entry.

6. The prize consists of the following: A VIP Weekend to the J&B Met courtesy of Csquared for you & partner. Thus meaning, expenses such as return flights to Cape Town, (All out of town winners will fly to Cape Town on a return basis with 48 hour notice-flights are pre-booked. Two nights’ accommodation at the Cape Sun Hotel (breakfast included.) Exclusive access to the J&B Met Marquee. Transfers to & from Kenilworth Racecourse. From Csquared, you & a partner will each receive an outfit for the J&B Met.

7. By entering the competition the winner agrees to participate in such promotional activity as stipulated above.

8. Winners should not have won in the last three years of the J&B Met.

9. The prizes are not transferable.

10. No part of a prize is exchangeable for cash or any other prize.

11. House Of Monatic reserves the right to amend rules at any time.

12. All winners must be available to travel on the 1st of February 2013 during hours of work.

13. Winners to supply J&B with all personal details in order to book flights and accommodation.

14. If a winner decides to change flights (this will be for your own account) and will have to arrange your own transport accordingly.
